Project Success:
The project is a one-of-a-kind Design-Build pilot project. The project success requires coordination with the designer, contractor and Caltrans HQ. AMC’s staff provided multi-skilled expertise to manage the various submittals, project meetings and minutes, contractor estimates, record keeping, SWPPP monitoring, traffic control and other duties as needed on timely manner. The CPM Scheduler provided scheduling services for this project. The effective on time project schedule tracking helped avoid claims and project delay. The Project was completed within the Contract Budget & Time.
