Caltrans District 7- Route 5 South Corridor Projects

This project consists of the construction of a HOV Lane, additional lane line with new connector/Bridges and City Streets. This is a Six Mega Projects Corridor with multiple stages/phases to continue traffic movement. AMC Inc. is providing office engineering, inspection, SWPPP compliance and scheduling services. AMC’s key inspector/office engineeris providing inspection, office engineer and SWPPP compliance services on this project. The Scheduler has been involved with CPM schedule review for this project. She was attending all project meeting with agencies & contractor to make sure the project schedule stays consistent. The Scheduler was involved with Risk Management Team to identify risks ahead of schedule, prepare delay avoidance plan, update monthly schedules, narratives for TIA/claims and DRB Meetings.

Project Scope:

This Corridor is a lifeline for LA Metro Traffic Movement. The Scheduler managed the Master Schedule of six projects well to merge all stage construction. The adjoining cities were happy to coordinate their projects with our scheduler and her excellent communication and technical skills made her popular scheduler throughout Caltrans District 7.
