The DBE program goal is to increase participation by small businesses and socially economically disadvantaged individuals. As part of its efforts to exercise its stewardship and oversight responsibilities, AMC staff performs on-site assessment to evaluate the local agencies’ DBE program implementation and any resultant good-faith efforts (GFE).
AMC Inc will prepare the Compliance Report with FED/State Compliance Criteria to the Owner.
