Labor Compliance

Our mission in Labor compliance is to create a fair and level playing field among consultants & contractors bidding on Public works Projects by ensuring consistency throughout the State of California in enforcement of Federal and State Labor Laws and to ensure that employees working on State/Local projects are paid contract specified prevailing wages and that they are allowed to work in an equal employment environment free of harassment and discrimination.

AMC Inc’s professionals review, track, monitor & provide labor compliance for the Owners. We provide training to Owner’s staff, contractors and sub-contractors to comply with respective Labor Laws.

We review certified payroll, fringe benefits, statement of compliance, apprentice records and validate the compliance reports.
